Space Planning & Concept Development
Based on your requirements and site conditions, our team develops practical space planning and concept ideas that balance: Functionality, Aesthetics, Budget, and buildability We focus on creating designs that are not just attractive, but realistic and properly executable.
Budget Planning & Detailed Proposal
We prepare a clear and structured proposal outlining the scope of work, specifications and project approach. This ensures you have full clarity on what is included, how it will be done and how it will be managed.
This stage helps prevent surprises, misunderstandings and unnecessary variations later.
Authority Submissions & Approvals
For landed house A&A and reconstruction projects in Singapore, we handle all necessary authority submissions and approvals. Our team ensures your project complies with all regulatory requirements before any major work begins.

Construction & Renovation Works
Once everything is approved and finalised, we begin the construction and renovation phase. Our project team manages:
