6. Payments & Fees

All payments shall be made according to the agreed contract schedule. Late payments may result in work suspension and additional costs.

7. Variations & Additional Works

Any changes requested by the client will be treated as variation works and may affect cost and timeline.

8. Authority Approvals

All timelines are subject to approval from HDB, BCA, URA, MCST, or relevant authorities. Delays arising from approvals are not the responsibility of Alexis.

9. Site Conditions

Hidden conditions, structural issues, or unforeseen circumstances may result in additional costs or delays.

10. Limitation of Liability

Alexis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Warranty

Warranty is limited to workmanship as stated in the contract. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

12. Termination

Alexis reserves the right to terminate services for breach of contract or non-payment.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

14. Indemnity

Client agrees to indemnify Alexis against all claims arising from misuse or breach.

15. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Singapore.
